While still a teenager, Cassandra Stein, the President & CEO of the Small Business Success Network, started her first business. Following that, braving the savvy, technically demanding world of the Internet, she started her own virtual assistance practice; continuing her penchant for helping others get things done on and in their business. She worked with authors, an online radio host, and many other serious business people and helped them gain prominence, Internet market share, and success. Cassandra later created Campaign Promotions, LLC - a company that continues to this day to offer services like project management, marketing and advertising, and virtual assistance. From that experience, and more, Cassandra created the Small Business Success Network in 2011.

Alongside Cassandra at the heart of Small Business Success Network is Rob Neilly. Rob acts as a writer (blog posts, web copy, and sometimes interviews), and an online radio host. Rob’s story includes a couple of decades’ worth of administrative and communications experience in the corporate world, and over 20 years of training, presenting, and teaching experience. Rob is also a formally trained virtual assistant, with a practice located in Toronto, Canada.
